From concept to completion, I work directly with you to ensure complete approval of design work. I show my clients concept roughs on the basis they can can approve/request an additional concept (which is more cost-effective), and all my work is able to be refined.

For logo design I will supply a black and white and full color in transparent gif, and jpg in both small and large sizes(for logos), and up to an hour of minor modifications after a final design has been chosen(logos, website, and illustration).

Unless otherwise discussed, I own all copyright to work created as I am working as an independent contractor and not an employee. I will assign full usage rights (as listed in a contract which is necessary to begin any design work after consultation) and offer copyright in exchange for additional payment.

Copyright protects me from others using my artwork elements to create other pieces of work while crediting someone else. If I assign copyright to you after a mutual agreement of terms, you are authorized to use my artwork to make other artwork out of it (derivatives). A signed contract does not mean you have the copyright, only a signed transfer of copyright entitles you to it.
