April reserves the right to not take on a client based on the content of work being created such as those which are pro-violence, obscene, or of an illegal nature.

Unless otherwise discussed, April will own all copyright to work created as she is working as an independent contractor and not an employee. She will assign full usage rights (as listed in a contract which is necessary to begin any design work after consultation) and offer copyright in exchange for additional payment. Copyright protects April from others using her artwork elements to create other pieces of work while crediting someone else. If April assigns copyright to you after a mutual agreement of terms, you are authorized to use her final artwork to make other artwork out of it (derivatives) and however else you see fit. A signed contract does not mean you have the copyright, only a signed transfer of copyright entitles you to it. April is more than willing to negotiate. Please read terms for more explanation.
