Contact details are available on the contact page and at the bottom of every page should you need to ask questions about anything, or just get in touch with April for an estimate or praise. From concept to completion,April will work directly with you to ensure complete approval of design work. For logo design April will supply a black and white and full color in transparent PNG and JPG in both small and large sizes(for web) and a vecotr EPS for print. For all other design you will be entitled to flattened artwork or editable text areas depending on the work required. These details are specified in the client contract.

Unless otherwise discussed, April will own all copyright to work created as she is working as an independent contractor and not an employee. She will assign full usage rights (as listed in a contract which is necessary to begin any design work after consultation) and offer copyright in exchange for additional payment. Copyright protects April from others using her artwork elements to create other pieces of work while crediting someone else. If April assigns copyright to you after a mutual agreement of terms, you are authorized to use her artwork to make other artwork out of it (derivatives). A signed contract does not mean you have the copyright, only a signed transfer of copyright entitles you to it. Please read terms for more explanation.
